Keep in mind, when someone searches for a room in Marietta on the app, this home is the first one to pop up on Airbnb due to the low rates. The rooms are priced based on their size, the number of guests for each night and lastly, for short and/or long-term stays. Room rates vary between $35.00-$55.00 per night. The owner can offer ad listings and all auto set communications if interested.

EX: $40.00 per night x 8 rooms = $320.00 per night x 30 days = $9,600.00 a month. This is on the low end.

There are loan programs that are not income or asset based of which can go up to 90% LTV without even requiring reserves from some lenders. There are, however, some requirements.
